for 40x0 Probers (running EG Commander software)

CopyOCR is used to copy various product setup parameters from one product to multiple other product setups.

You may select to copy OCR setup, probe cleaning setup, lot recipes, wafer recipes, and/or die recipes.

The user is presented with a list of all products currently on the prober and prompted to select one as the 'source' for the setup files. After selecting a product, the user is again presented with a list of all products, minus the 'source' just selected. Products to receive the selected source setups are chosen by using the arrow keys to navigate the list, and the space bar to 'tag' products.

When destination product selection is complete, the files containing the selected setup data are copied from the 'source' product subdirectory into all 'destination' product subdirectories.

NOTE:  This program does no backup of the old setup files in the destination subdirectories. Care should be taken when selecting 'destination' products, especially if copying the OCR setup, if wafers of different sizes are processed on this prober. Copying OCR setup for a 200-mm wafer into a product setup for 150-mm wafers is possible, but probably will not work correctly!

Copy this file to the "C:\Util" directory on your prober, then execute by typing cpyocr. This will extract two files... the utility file (CopyOCR.exe) and a documentation file (OCR_Doc.com). The documentation file may be viewed by typing ocr_doc. After extraction of the two files, this original file (CpyOCR.exe) may be deleted from the prober.

Self-extracting ZIP.
Program compiled with Borland C++ version 4.53 and the TurboVision library.
